The Club wishes to remind its Members of the Regulation changes to MARPOL Annex I as adopted by resolution MEPC.187 (59), Adopted on 17 July 2009, which came into force as of 01 Jan 2011. Confusion was felt in some corners of the industry and so the IMO followed up with the following guidance note published 08 November 2010.
