JWLA20 Hull War, Piracy, Terrorism and Related Perils

The Joint War Committee has recently reviewed the Listed Areas, last altered 8th December 2011, and has agreed the following change which is incorporated in the new list as attached.

Deleted: Djibouti excluding transit

The application of this list on individual contracts will be a matter for specific negotiation.

战争风险评估委员会最新修改的除外海域清单

战争风险评估委员会（Joint War Committee）于2012年3月28日再次修改船舶战争、海盗行为、恐怖主义和相关高风险除外海域清单。删除 “吉布提（Djibouti），但通过该水域的除外” 。具体生效时间由各保险人分别决定。
