据来自国际保赔协会集团的最新消息，目前确认接受IG协会入会证书作为财务担保的船旗国已增加到19个。最新名单如下：安提瓜和巴布达、巴哈马群岛、加拿大、塞浦路斯、丹麦、希腊、基里巴斯、利比里亚、马尔他、马绍尔群岛、挪威、新加坡、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、圣启斯、圣文森特和格林纳丁斯、图瓦卢、英国。
据悉，澳大利亚、荷兰、法国、拉脱维亚和俄罗斯也表示将接受IG协会入会证书为财务担保，但尚未书面确认。

Maritime Labour Convention 2006 – Update
According to the latest news from IG Clubs, the number of Flag States who confirmed to accept P&I COE as financial security has increased now into 19. The list now includes: Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Greece, Kiribati, Liberia, Malta, Marshall Islands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, St Kitts & Nevis, St Vincent & Grenadines, Tuvalu, UK.
Indications are that Australia, Netherlands, France, Latvia and Russia will accept the COE, however it has not been confirmed in writing.
