Our members may find useful the following series of regulatory guides and updates produced by Witt O’Brien. Witt O’Brien is a company involved in preparedness, crisis management and disaster response and recovery. It aims to provide services throughout the crisis and disaster “life cycle”.
The guides in question aim to assist compliance with regulatory conditions which exist in US, Canadian and Panamanian waters. The list also includes regulatory updates for the US, Samoa, California, Gulf of Mexico, Great Lakes, Guam, Hawaii and the Pacific North West. Further checklists are also for gas and chemical carriers, compliance with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Vessel General Permit (VGP).
