Recently it came to our attention that several carriers have received bookings disguised as rubber compound where the actual commodity is used tyres instead. Somehow over few hundreds of such containers has been abandoned at various discharge ports in China, carriers have no way but to dispose them on their own in order to free up the containers for next business. Besides that, carriers have to pursue recovery for the unpaid ocean freight, demurrage and detention from shippers.

废旧轮胎的失实申报
最近，我们获悉部分承运人接受了伪报为炼胶的订舱，但实际货物为废旧轮胎。由于某种未知原因目前有数百个或以上的集装箱被弃置在中国的一些港口中，承运人不得不把这些废旧轮胎处理掉，以便腾出集装箱，供下一个航次使用。除此之外，承运人还要向发货人追讨未付的运费、滞期费和滞箱费。
