In the recent case of Minerva Navigation v Oceana Shipping (2012) EWHC 368, the charterers put the vessel off hire for the period of delay the vessel waited off port limits at the newly changed port whilst the owners were resolving the problem of recovering the original bills of lading before issuing new original bills of lading to that newly changed port.

近期在Minerva Navigation v Oceana Shipping (2012) EWHC 368一案中，船舶改港，船东在签发新卸港正本提单之前，要求收回旧的正本提单，为解决这一问题，船东命令船舶在新卸港港界外等待。租家主张该等待的时间应该停租。
