The Panama Canal Authority has announced a third draft restriction in Panama Canal.
The third draft restriction which will be effective 9th May 2016.
The maximum authorised transit draft will be set at 11.59m (38.0 feet) Tropical Fresh Water (TFW).

巴拿马运河管理局宣布实施第三轮吃水限制。
第三轮吃水限制将于2016年5月9日实施。
其中，运河最大允许吃水定为热带淡水吃水11.59米(38.0呎)。
