ENG    CHN   Amendent to BMP4    Revised Chart

On 8 October 2015 a reduction in the “High Risk Area” (HRA) for piracy in the Indian Ocean was announced by the group of shipping organisations supporting the Best Management Practices for Protection against Somalia Based Piracy (BMP4).

The change will take effect from 1 December 2015.

索马里海盗：《最佳管理措施》高风险区域范围缩小

2015年10月8日，支持《防范索马利亚海盗之最佳管理措施》(BMP4)实施的航运组织集团宣布，印度洋海盗高风险区域范围缩小。

新的高风险区域范围将于2015年12月1日起施行。
