A very typical cargo damage cause is stevedore’s rough handling during loading/discharge. If the stevedore is arranged by the charterers, which is usual occasion, please make sure that stevedore’s liability is not exempted/released by the charterers otherwise the Club’s rights of recourse action are prejudiced so as to have an adverse effect on the cover.

装卸工人造成的货损
装卸工人在装/卸货中因粗率处理而造成货损是一个非常典型的货损原因。由租船人安排装卸公司是非常普遍的状况，此时租船人应当确保装卸公司的责任并没有被豁免或者解除，否则保赔协会的追索权会受到影响从而对保单的效力亦有不利。
