Owners should beware of the laid-up return rules which marked in the certificate/policy/application form before applying laid-up return. Other than that, after our further liaison with PICC, they would reject all late declarations for laid-up return application. When owners inform them after vessel started anchoring, they will reject premium return by the following additional request.

向PICC申请停航退费的问题 – 更新
船东在申请停航退费前，首先应了解保险证书/保单/申请表上标注的停航退费规则。我司与PICC(中国人民财产保险公司)经过多次的沟通，他们还是坚持拒绝所有逾期申报的停航退费申请。如果船东在停泊开始之后才通知PICC，PICC将以如下理由拒绝退还保费。
