High Risk crews entering US

Operation procedures relating to the detention of crews is implemented by the USCG and the Customs and Border Protection department.

Individuals from some high risk countries warrant additional monitoring and the master will be ordered to detain on board any crewmember that is a national from one of hose listed countries.

Countries on the list include Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Egypt, Eritrea, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, DPRK, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, UAE, Yemen.
