BIMCO has revised their ISPS clause to be incorporated into charterparties to take into account of the US Maritime Transportation Security Act 2002 (MTSA).
The revised BIMCO clause is now renamed ISPS/ MTSA Clause and can be downloaded from BIMCO’s website www.bimco.org.
