台湾地区出台新规将要求通过彰化风电场航道的船舶须提前通知海事港口管理局。
该新规将于2021年10月26日生效，所有船只（台湾军舰和台湾渔船除外）在进入航道前须提前八小时向海港局申报。

New Pre-arrival Reporting Requirements in Taiwan for Changhua Wind Farm Channel
New rules in Taiwan will require vessels intending to pass through the Changhua Wind Farm Channel to notify the Marine Port Bureau in advance.
The new notification requirements will take effect on 26 October 2021, where all vessels (except Taiwan military and Taiwanese fishing vessels) must declare to the Marine Port Bureau eight hours in advance of entering the channel.
