On 24 February 2023, the one year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the US Department of State and the US Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) imposed sanctions on numerous additional individuals, entities and vessels that the US has determined are engaged in sanctions evasion.
OFAC has designated over a dozen Russian banks and financial institutions, also issued a number of general licenses permitting certain transactions in connection with certain entities.

美国对俄罗斯实施进一步制裁
2023年2月24日，俄乌战争一周年之际，美国国务院和美国财政部外国资产控制办公室（OFAC）对确定参与规避制裁的众多个人、实体和船只实施了制裁。
OFAC已指定十几家俄罗斯银行和金融机构，还颁布了若干“一般许可”，以允许与这些制裁实体进行某些交易。
