The Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation has issued a circular in which they will reduce Value-Added Tax (VAT) on the sale and import of a number of products from 13% to 11% with effect from1 July 2017.
The VAT reduction applies to the sale and import of agricultural products, which include grain cargoes such as soya beans.

财政部国家税务总局发布通知，自2017年7月1日起，一批产品的销售和进口增值税将从13%降至11%。
该增值税降低适用于农产品的销售和进口，包括大豆等的谷类货物。
