We have recently received more fraudulent emails, some messages falsely appear to be from Andrew Liu advising monies should be remitted to another account. The sender email address shows Andrew Liu’s email address. The “reply email address” shows the fraudulent email address. Similar cases were confronted by insurers and correspondents when claims were handled.
All staff and clients are reminded to be alert and double check the REPLY address to ensure it is a valid address, if in doubt, please call the sender for verification.
Clients are further reminded:
1. There is NO CHANGE in Andrew Liu & Co Ltd and this will remain unchanged permanently.
2. If an email has been received advising new bank details and looks like it is from our company, please call our company to double check.
3. All payments should follow bank details on HARD COPY of debit notes. DO NOT ASSUME soft copy debit note bank details are correct, it may be a fake copy. Please ensure the bank details are genuine by calling our company to double check before payment if in doubt.
欺诈邮件
近期,我司又收到欺诈邮件,一些虚假信息看似是我司告知将钱款汇入另一个账户。发件人邮件地址显示我司邮件地址。但“回复邮件地址”显示的是欺诈邮件地址。保险人和通代也有遇到类似的问题。
请所有职员和客户提高警惕,并仔细检查“回复”地址,确认该地址是有效的,如有任何疑问,请电话联系发件人核实。
再次提醒客户注意:
1. Andrew Liu & Co Ltd的银行信息没有变动,并且将来也不会变动。
2. 如果收到看似我司发出的,告知新银行信息的邮件,请与我司电话确认。
3. 任何付款事项应按照我司纸质账单原件内的银行信息安排付款。请不要认为电子账单上的银行信息是正确的,这可能是一份伪造版本。如有疑问,请于付款前与我司电话确认,确保银行信息属实。
