North’s correspondent in Brazil, Proinde P&I have issued a circular regarding recent changes to Brazilian customs requirements.
All cargoes discharged in Brazil initially go into the custody of customs based bonded spaces. Therefore consignees will be required as of the 14 November 2017, to submit the original bill of lading alongside their customs documentation to take delivery of their goods.

北英保赔协会巴西通代Proinde P&I发布有关近期巴西海关要求变更的通函。
在巴西卸载的所有货物都要先进保税区海关监管。因此，自2017年11月14日起，要求收货人提供正本提单及海关文件，以提取货物。
