There is a recent Circular issued by the statutory authority of India-Mercantile Marine Department ( “MMD”) highlighting the need for ship masters to strictly follow the checklist before loading iron ore.

Andrew Liu has obtained it through the network, and wish to circulate it as soon as possible to the clients so that they are fully prepare for loading iron ore in India.
