New measures have been introduced this month which aims to ease congestion in 阿尔及利亚, car carriers will discharge at ports of Mostganem and Ghazaouet while all other re-routed vessels (e.g. carrying cargoes re-bars, wood and grains) will not be allowed to discharge in Algeria and should be discharged in one of the ports, such as Oran, Mostaganem, Ghazaouet, Bejaia 或者 Skikda; however, there are some drawbacks like expensive insurance premiums, congestion charges and large demurrage payments.
