The amount of rainfall that the Canal watershed has received during the past week has made it possible to suspend the second draft restriction that was announced in Advisory Shipping A-14-2016 and has been in effect since April 29 2016.

Therefore, the maximum authorised transit draft for vessels transiting the Panamax locks will be increased to 11.89m (39.0 feet) Tropical Fresh Water (TFW) effective immediately and until further notice.

巴拿马运河吃水限制 – 更新

考虑到上周运河流域的降水量，将暂停实施第A-14-2016号航运公告公布的，于2016年4月29日起生效的第二轮吃水限制。

因此，船舶通过巴拿马船闸的最大允许吃水仍为热带淡水11.89米(39.0呎)，从即日起实施直至有进一步通知为止。
