From March 2014, Federal Regulations have changed and the process for reporting death and illness on board vessels destined to the US has changed.
The paperwork which is required to be completed has changed, and is available from the CDC (Centre for Disease Control) website. The full guidance for cargo ships on how to report onboard death or illness to the CDC can be found at the CDC website.
