Coastal and Inland Shipping (Cabotage) Act

The carriage of passengers and cargo on vessels built, owned and registered in Nigeria is now encouraged by the Coastal and Inland Shipping (Cabotage) Act. Foreign shipping companies are still guaranteed participation as long as they follow certain conditions.
