In the latest arbitration London Arbitration 19/18, by a contract of affreightment (COA) the claimant owners chartered two vessels to the respondent Charterers for a series of voyages with cargoes of a fuel oil/bitumen mix on the terms of an amended Asbatankvoy form of charter with additional clauses.
