知名的航海学会MARS报告刊登了一起最近发生的搁浅事故并可从中吸取经验教训。
官方报告公布的若干调查结果及经验教训如下：
- 浮标配布在海图标注位置，受到盛行风和水流的影响。驾驶台主要使用浮标导航，没有注意船舶在航道中的实际位置。

GROUNDING – Lessons that can be learned
In a recent incident that involves the grounding incident, the lessons, which can be learned from the incident were published in a reputed MARS published by Nautical Institute.
Some of the findings and lessons learned from the official report were:
- The buoys were being set off their charted positions by the prevailing wind and current. By using these buoys as the primary method for navigating, the bridge team lost awareness of the vessel’s actual position within the channel.
