供各位知悉：据消息，2026 年 7 月 20 日上午，巴拿马型散货船 “CHAILEASE CHERISH”（IMO：9642502）在舟山老塘山 3 号码头泊位发生全部系泊缆绳断裂，船舶脱泊。
随后船舶漂移，并撞击连接港区与老塘山 5 号码头的引桥，造成桥梁严重受损、局部坍塌。
据悉，上述码头主要开展进口大豆卸货及水上过驳作业。事故发生后，老塘山 5 号码头货物作业暂停，截至本通知成文之时，暂未获知码头恢复作业的时间。
受此影响，候泊船舶或将面临至少 10 天延误。长时间延误将导致大豆货物在船堆存周期拉长，增大货物自热、热损及品质变质风险。

If not already known to you, please note that on 20 JULY 2026, AM, a Panamax bulker “CHAILEASE CHERISH” (IMO 9642502), reportedly broke away from her berth at Laotangshan No. 3 Terminal, Zhoushan, after all mooring lines parted.
She subsequently drifted and collided with the bridge connecting the port and Laotangshan No.5 terminal, causing significant damage and partial collapse of the structure.
These terminals are understood to handle imported soybean discharge and lightering operations.
Following the incident, cargo operations at Laotangshan No. 5 Terminal were suspended and, at the time of writing, no information is available regarding when operations will resume.
As a result, vessels awaiting berth may experience delays of at least 10 days.
Such delays could result in prolonged onboard storage of soybean cargoes and an increased risk of cargo self-heating, heat damage, and potential quality deterioration.
