In the recent years, bulk cargo liquefaction is a great concern in shipping industry. The Club would like to remind Members of the continuing problems with cargoes prone to liquefaction from South East Asia and, in particular, shipments of nickel ore from Philippines.

The Club has recently received adverse weather reports for some areas in South East Asia. Heavy rains in the region are affecting the stockpiles and increasing the moisture content of the cargoes.

东南亚散装货物液化问题提醒

近年来，散装货物液化问题在航运业受到高度关注。协会提醒会员，东南亚货物易液化问题依然存在，尤其是从菲律宾装运的镍矿。

协会近日获悉，东南亚部分地区遭遇恶劣天气。暴雨天气影响货物堆存，导致货物水分含量增加。
