The MoUs of Paris and Tokyo will carry out a joint Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on Navigational Safety from September to November 2017.
The CIC is expected to include compliance with Safety of Navigation, including Electronic Chart Display Information Systems (ECDIS). It is a mandatory requirement under SOLAS regulation V/19.2.10. from Jul 2018 that all cargo ships of 10,000 GT and above shall comply with the ECDIS requirements.

港口国监督航行集中大检查
2017年9月至11月，巴黎备忘录和东京备忘录将联合进行航行安全的集中大检查(CIC)。
今年的集中大检查预计将关注航行安全的遵守情况，包括电子航海图显示信息系统(ECDIS)。《海上人命安全公约》(SOLAS)第V/19.2.10条强制规定，自2018年7月开始，所有总吨(GT)为10,000或以上的货船应配备ECDIS系统。
