Kindly reminder: this circular is only applicable to the clients of Hanseatic P&I.
In view of the fact that there are only a handful of clients are entitled to Hanseatic’s special steel shipment arrangement, i.e. self service “checklist” instead of preloading survey for steel cargo, we have made further enquiries to the Insurer and Hanseatic have clarified that the production of a checklist is required for every single voyage.
The following factors will be taken into consideration in considering whether the Steel Cargo checklist mechanism may be applied.

请注意，本通函只适用于Hanseatic P&I 的客户。
目前只有少数客户享受Hanseatic协会关于钢材运输的特殊安排，即以自助“检查清单(checklist)”取代装前检验。我司最近向Hanseatic进一步咨询相关安排，协会指出，每一个单独航次都需要填写检查清单(checklist)。
协会会考虑以下因素，以确定会员是否可以适用钢材货物检查清单机制。
